Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has since been appointed against Class-IV post. The petitioner may avail his remedy challenging his appointment against Class-IV post but the present Contempt Petition is rendered infructuous as he stands appointed. Needless to say that as and when petitioner invokes the jurisdiction of an appropriate forum,
