The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 09.09.2021 in as much as the name of petitioner No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3699 of 2021(4) dt.07-02-2022 2/3 1, namely, Barmeshwar Dubey has been omitted to be printed in the cause-title as also in the main body of the order referred to above.

Four petitioners had approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 3699 of 2021. All the petitioners were granted bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 343 of 2019, which appears very clear from the order dated 09.09.2021.

It further appears that the cause-title in the order begins from Petitioner No. 2.

There is obviously a mistake, although an inadvertant one.

Let the order dated 09.09.2021 be modified to the extent that the name of petitioner No. 1, namely, Barmeshwar Dubey along with his parentage be also added in the order and the order be deemed to have been passed in favour of aforesaid Barmeshwar Dubey (petitioner No. 1) also along with three others.

Since there was an inadvertant mistake in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3699 of 2021(4) dt.07-02-2022 3/3 order dated 09.09.2021, the time given to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court below is further extended for a period of eight weeks, to be counted from today. The other conditions in the order dated 09.09.2021, if any, shall however subsist.

The order dated 09.09.2021 stands modified accordingly.
