2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.
3. There is recovery of 20 liters of Mahua liquor from the motorcycle of this petitioner.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner had already sold the seized motorcycle to one Shulendra Mandal on 12.09.2020 and in this regard he has filed the copy of the sale document. Further submission is that petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor and motorcycle as the said motorcycle has already been sold by him much before the incident. Petitioner has got no

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-XII-cum-Special Excise Judge-2, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 591 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) utkarsh/- U T
