JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order No. 303 dated 15.03.2011 passed in case No.293 of 2009 (Annexure-4) by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Purnea which is under challenge, in this writ application. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law.
