Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 03.12.2019 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 63631 of 2019, but inadvertently in the first page of second paragraph 'Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016' has been typed in place of "Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the IPC". In view of the above, in the order dated 03.12.2019 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 63631 of 2019, in second paragraph "Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the IPC" shall be read

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44122 of 2022(2) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 in place of 'Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016'.

The order dated 03.12.2019 is modified to the extent indicated above.
