The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Excise Case No. 337 of 2021 arising out of Dagarua P.S. Case No. 97 of 2021 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that at the time of occurrence, the vehicle was driven by the driver and the driver fled away with key of the alleged vehicle after seeing the police. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
