This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 376 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Prayer is to direct the Court below to expedite the trial for the reason that this Court had directed the trial of coaccused, Satyendra Kumar, to be expedited and the trial against some has already concluded.

Considering the submission and nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude at the earliest.
