The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 188 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a)/32/41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been named in the first information report but on the statement of the co-accused his name has surfaced. It is further submitted that co-accused namely, Direndra Kumar @ Bablu has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 21.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15144 of 2019. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

Case No. 188 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
