2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 280 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the unknown criminals looted a motorcycle and cash from the informant. The petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused Rajveer Kumar. Other materials have also come to connect the petitioner with the crime.

4. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks and pray for regular bail.

7. If the petitioner doesn't surrender within four weeks, the Superintendent of Police, Araria will take all steps for arresting the petitioner.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to Superintendent of Police, Araria through FAX for its forthwith compliance.
