Mr. Krishna Prasad Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the petitioner wrongly mentioned Sessions Trial No.5 of 2017 arising out of Naugachia P.S. Case No.149 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Naugachia instead of Sessions Trial No.306 of 2017/543 of 2017 arising out of Naugachia P.S. Case No.149 of 2016 pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge II, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in the bail petition and accordingly, the same has been mentioned in the order dated 15.05.2019.

Taking into consideration the facts, the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37878 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 permitted to make correction in the prayer portion of the bail petition of Cr. Misc. No.27005 of 2018 and accordingly, the order dated 15.05.2019 stands corrected.

The modification petition is allowed.
