2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case no. 77 of 2022 instituted for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 325, 385, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is that on 10.02.2022 at about 4:30 P.M. the informant along with his brother working in his agricultural field. It is further alleged that the petitioners

No.40698 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/3 with an intention to take revenge of the previous election came at his field armed with 'lathi' and 'iron rod' started abusing and obstructed the farming. It is further alleged that Rs. 50,000/- was demanded if the farming was to be continued. It is specifically alleged that Rahul Kumar (petitioner no.2) assaulted Ravindra Singh with an intention to kill. After that informant was also attacked by Rahul Kumar due to which he sustained injury on his head and Pawan Singh (petitioner no.1) assaulted the brother of the informant with 'lathi causing injuries on his head. Accordingly, the FIR.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is counter version of this case vide Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case NO. 70 of 2022 filed by the petitioner no.3, Pawan Singh on 13.02.2022 (Annexure P/3 of this application). It is further submitted that the injuries sustained by the opposite parties caused by hard and blunt substance which are simple in nature. Further submission is that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the prayer of bail of the petitioners.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case no. 77 of 2022, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IIIrd, Barh, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
