2. The petitioners have prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 75, 329(4), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioners and others being armed with bricks, lathi, stones and iron rod arrived at the door of the informant, started abusing and assaulting the informant and her sons. It is alleged that the petitioners and others have assaulted them with iron rod.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. It has further been submitted that there is also a counter version this case and the petitioner's party have also received injuries. It has further been submitted that from perusal of the order of learned trial Court it will transpire that the injured of this case have received simple injuries. Petitioners are having no criminal antecedent and they are languishing in judicial custody since 27.04.2026.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No.86 of 2026.
