2. Learned counsel submits that Combined Entrance Test, 2020, which was being conducted contrary to the Rules has already been withdrawn by the authorities.
3. In view thereof, the writ petition has rendered infructuous.
4. However, he submits that a fresh Combined Entrance Test is being conducted, which he seeks to challenge.
