1) Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2) Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3) This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Mahila Thana P.S. Case No. 37 of 2021 registered under section 376(D)(A), 354B, 341, 323, 342 of Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 6 and 10 of POCSO Act.

4) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a minor girl was raped by the petitioner and others.

5) None of the defense argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner impresses this Court.

6) Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7) When there is direct allegation of raping a minor girl, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

8) The petitioner is given liberty to pray for bail after deposition of girl during trial.
