Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to be guard of A.T.M. and the informant has himself admitted in his written report that when he had gone to the A.T.M., the guard was not present on his duty. Moreover, the informant has only expressed his suspicion regarding the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime.
