2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits vide order dated 21.04.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44370 of 2022, petitioner was granted bail, but inadvertently, father name of the petitioner and address has wrongly been typed as "Arun Kumar Bharti son of Ram Pravesh Singh, resident of village-Hathelipur Mathiya, P.S.-Dawath, District-Buxar", instead of "Arun Kumar Bharti, son of Shimal Bharti, resident of village-Hathelipur Mathiya, P.S. Dumraon, District-Buxar".

3. Accordingly, order dated 21.04.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44370 of 2022 is modified to the extent that the father name of petitioner and address be read as " Arun Kumar Bharti,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57527 of 2023(2) dt.08-09-2023 2/2 son of Shimal Bharti, resident of village-Hathelipur Mathiya, P.S. Dumraon, District-Buxar" instead of "Arun Kumar Bharti son of Ram Pravesh Singh, resident of village-Hathelipur Mathiya, P.S.-Dawath, District-Buxar".
