2. Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 10.05.2020, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 346 of 2021 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019, F.I.R. dated 16.02.2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Earlier the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 01.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33735 of 2020 and thereafter the petitioner has again moved for regular bail before the Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 51901 of 2021 but the same was also rejected vide order dated 08.12.2021. Thereafter, the petitioner has again moved for bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47082 of 2024(3) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 in Cr. Misc. No. 68621 of 2022 which was rejected vide order dated 27.03.2023.
4. Vide order dated 12.07.2024 a report was called for with regard to the stage of the trial. Report dated 23.07.2024 of the learned Trial Court reveals that till date eight prosecution witnesses have been examined and although six witnesses were named in the chargesheet and still one more witness has to be examined who is police official who has filed chargesheet in the present case.

Considering the nature of allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. as well as the report of the learned Trial Court, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 346 of 2021 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Patna City, Patna.
6. Prayer is refused.
7. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Ibrar//- U T
