The petitioner seeks bail in Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 57/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 324, 447, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the fardbeyan, there is specific allegation against this petitioner of causing stab injury to the informant on his chest and abdomen. Injury report is available with case diary which shows that the informant has sustained injuries on his abdomen caused by sharp cutting weapon.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The petitioner is given liberty to renew his prayer for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41709 of 2018 (3) dt.24-09-2018 2/2 bail after six months in the event no substantive progress is made in trial.
