In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 468 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 341, 326, 307, 504/34, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation, on account of land dispute, the brother of the Informant was taken by the accused persons and, there, they have caused injury to him by the fire-arms on his jaw. He was operated upon and the bullet was taken out by the doctor.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38674 of 2019(2) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 Looking to the nature of allegation as also the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
