JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 23-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

During course of unloading of 126 cartoons each containing 12 bottles of 750 ml was seized along with co-accused Mritunjay Kumar who was engaged in unloading. Petitioner, own brother of Mritunjay Kumar was also apprehended from the said place. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 25.10.2016 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner Sanjay Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No.432/2016.
