2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Two liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the spot, whereas 2000 liters of fermented Jaggery Ghol (solution) was destroyed by the raiding team. As per paragraph - 3, petitioner has got three criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
