This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Vaishali (O.P. Belsar) P.S. Case No.492 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have committed rape upon the victim. He is in custody since 11.11.2023. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
