Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Motihari (Town) P.S. Case No. 253 of 2011, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Penal Code, as at the time of counselling for getting job as A.N.M. certificate of 11 applicants including that of Kumari Seema and this petitioner was found forged, whereafter the present case was lodged.

Kumari Seema approached this Court, another Bench of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40275 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 Court under Order No. 2 dated 14.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25761 of 2015 (Annexure-2) allowed her bail in the event of arrest.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is nothing to distinguish the case of the petitioner with that of Kumari Seema. This application is also disposed of exactly in the same terms which is contained in the aforesaid order dated 14.07.2015 (Annexure2), said order is made part of this order. (V.N. Sinha, J) P.K.P.
