The petitioner namely Arjun Singh is in custody since 22.05.2016 in Udwantnagar P.S. Case No.213 of 2016 under Sections 399, 402, 414, 412 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. According to the prosecution case, after chasing the accused persons they were arrested and from the possession of this petitioner, one Samsung mobile phone has been recovered. From the possession of other co-accused, Nityanand Singh, arms has been recovered.

In view of the above facts and the nature of allegation, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38996 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S.
