The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 5 of 2022 registered for the offences under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The deceased was assaulted by the petitioner and other accused persons. The deceased died at B.H.U. During treatment, the deceased had informed the witness including the informant that he was brutally assaulted by the petitioner and other accused persons.

In these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
