2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 342, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to F.I.R., this petitioner and co-accused Awadhesh Kumar Yadav caught hold of informant and coaccused Tiger Yadav took out knife from his pocket and stabbed informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that specific accusation of inflicting knife blow is against co-accused Tiger Yadav. Petitioner is only alleged to have facilitated the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45604 of 2024(2) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Gopalganj in connection with Bishambharpur P.
