2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Akilpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2023 dated 16.08.2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC') and later on Section 302 of IPC was added.
3. Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are female having no criminal antecedent and at the time of the alleged occurrence, they were only the members of unlawful assembly

Further submission is that a free fight took place in between both the parties and when the informant's brother namely, Bhola Singh, who is seventy years old person, came to pacify the matter, fell down and became injured and during the course of treatment, he died. It is further submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present matter due to a land dispute running in between both the parties.
4. Mr. Binod Kumar No.3, learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case appearing from the FIR as well as above noted submissions and mainly the nature of allegation appearing against both the petitioners and their clean antecedent, in my opinion, in the said circumstances, the petitioners deserve to the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Akilpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to the conditions as laid down
