2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tanarwa (Tandwa) P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections-126(2), 115(2), 85, 352, 351(2), 351(3)/ 3(5) of BNS and Section-3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.
4. For exploring the possibility of amicable resolution of the dispute, the matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre where the matter has been compromised. The terms and conditions of agreement is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40366 of 2025(4) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 annexed with the mediator's report dated 10-10-2025.
5. Considering the fact that both the parties have settled their dispute mutually, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Tanarwa (Tandwa) P.S.
