The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. On theft being committed in the computer room of the informant, the FIR was registered against unknown. Subsequently the petitioner along with Rajesh Kumar and Nishu Kumar were arrested in connection with other case being Mahua P.S. Case No. 55 of 2013, when the petitioner and Rajesh Kumar made confession and in pursuance to their confession certain recoveries were made.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43798 of 2015 (2) dt.18-05-2016 2/2 petitioner that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and Nishu Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29156 of 2015.

In view of this Court it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail by the learned court below, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 208 of 2012 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
