Case No. 35 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate (East), Muzaffarpur.
The notices were issued to opposite party no. 2 vide order dated 31.08.2015. It appears that the informantopposite party no. 2 expressed her willingness to resume conjugal life. The matter was adjourned on the prayer of counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40100 of 2015 (04) dt.26-02-2016 2/2 petitioner that the petitioner is appearing at the examination at Chandigarh. Hence, the matter was adjourned for 25.02.2016. The matter was listed on 25.02.2016 but on the personal ground of learned counsel for the petitioner the matter was adjourned for today. Today a prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. A slip to that has also been filed.
