The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Wife of the informant died in unnatural circumstances and allegation is that the father of the deceased committed her murder and threw the dead body near the house of the informant. The doctor has not found any external injury on the person of the deceased nor definite opinion of cause of death has been expressed.

There is no motive against the petitioner for commission of murder of his daughter who was residing along with the informant in the family of the petitioner. Considering the lack of direct material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38531 of 2020(3) dt.05-04-2021 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
