2. This is an application for quashing the F.I.R. and entire subsequent proceeding of Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 323 of 2023 instituted under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner wants quashing of the F.I.R. registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 02 has submitted that petitioner has criminal antecedents of over 20 cases.

5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this is not a fit case for quashing of the F.I.R. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
