The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is contended that as per allegation, 25 bottles of foreign liquor each containing 750 ml each were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 22.05.2017.
