The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
It is contended that as per allegation, 25 bottles of foreign liquor each containing 750 ml each were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 22.05.2017. No.33213 of 2017() dt.20-07-2017 2/2 bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul, Lakhisarai in connection with G.R.P.S. Jamalpur Case No. 32 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
