2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nagra P.S. Case No. 41 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2025 and there is land dispute between the parties.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40210 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No. 9, Chapra (Saran)/ concerned Court in connection with Nagra P.S.
