JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 332, 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that police had gone to apprehend the petitioner who was wanted in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018. It is further alleged that petitioner along with other accused persons as named in the written report started brick-bating on the police party and damaged the police vehicle. The informant and other police personnel anyhow managed to save themselves.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has voluntarily surrendered in the court on 18.05.2018 and since then he is in custody. In the written report there is no specific

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
