2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-302, 201, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons had killed the cousin of the informant and his wife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the deceased Ashok Ram used to reside in Sasural with his wife, Bindu Devi. The accused persons are the father-in-law, the mother-in-law, the brother-in-law and other family members of his Sasural of said Ashok Ram. They have falsely been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45751 of 2024(3) dt.23-08-2024 2/2 implicated the petitioner. The petitioner is brother-in-law (shala) of said Ashok Ram. On exactly similar footing, his mother Sheela Devi, the father-in-law Birendra Ram and his other family members Mamta Devi as also Kunal Das have been granted bail by the coordinate benches of this court. The case of the petitioner stands on similar footing.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in trial and he will make himself available as and when required by the trial court.
