The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the accused persons robbed the mobile and Rs.2,000/- cash of the informant leading to registration of the case against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner and only on suspicion he has been roped in the present case. Though the petitioner is accused in one other case of similar nature in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41755 of 2015 (2) dt.13-10-2015 2/2 which, the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No.86 of 2015, pending before the learned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
