Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The marriage of the petitioner with the victim was solemnized in the year 2010. In the year 2014, a son was born out of wedlock, and in the year 2017, the wife died in an unnatural circumstance. The postmortem report reveals that the cause of death could not be established and the viscera report was awaiting to ascertain whether it was a case of poisoning or drowning. Some of the witnesses before the police stated that when the victim had gone to attend the call of nature, she fell into a water pond and died. Petitioner is in custody since

Considering the fact that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Udwant Nagar Police Station Case No.352 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
