JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-10-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 26.05.2010 as contained in Memo No.333 dated 28.05.2010 passed in Case No.465 of 2009 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Samastipur, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
