====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 27-08-2015 Interlocutory Application No. 6961 of 2015 The Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking substitution of the sole-petitioner, who died on 20.07.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole-petitioner has left behind his wife and three sons, details of whom is mentioned in paragraph no. 2 of the Interlocutory Application.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20648 of 2011 (8) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 case, let the name of the sole-petitioner be substituted by his heirs mentioned in paragraph no. 2 of the Interlocutory Application.

Interlocutory Application No. 6961 of 2015 stands disposed off.

Re:- Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 20648 of 2011.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the law settled by the Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 1440 of 2010 dated 27.01.2011 and challenge to the same having been rejected by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, this Courts does not find that any relief can be granted to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the writ application stands dismissed.
