2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 140 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A) of Excise Act.

3. As per allegation, 120 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession and he is under custody since 11.05.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise Court No. I, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 140 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) After release, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner be verified by the learned court below, and if it is found that he is involved in any other case, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
