====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 366-A/34 of the Penal Code against five persons including Chandan Sada. Petitioners are the maternal uncle, grand-mother of Chandan Sada. From 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim girl it appears that both the petitioners were pressurizing the victim to marry Chandan Sada.

In the circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail in the event of arrest. They are directed to surrender in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40376 of 2015 (2) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 Rosera, Samastipur in Singhia P.S. Case No. 22/15 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the Court below and apply for regular bail, which should be considered in accordance with law taking into account that petitioner no. 2 is not only lady but also quite old, preferably on the same day.

This petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
