====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 28-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his/her arrest in a case registered for offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 302/34 IPC. Allegedly, the accused persons named in F.I.R. including the petitioner assaulted the husband of the informant and took money forcefully. Finally, they killed the informant's husband and fled away from the spot.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to intention of illegal gain by informant. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with

The allegation leveled against the petitioners is false and concocted. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected. This application is accordingly dismissed.
