Case No.211 of 2017 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. He is in custody since 02.08.2017.

It is stated that 51 litre liquor has been recovered from the Indigo vehicle which was being driven by the petitioner. Keeping in view the nature of the allegation and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2017 and there is no possibility of the trial being concluded in near future, this application is allowed.
