In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the purchaser of the land, in question. It appears that earlier the land was sold to others, but at the later stage, the same has been sold to the present petitioner.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on
