2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that on a complaint made by the petitioner only, the authorities have initiated necessary action but the writ petitioner did not make the petitioner as a party respondent. Learned counsel has stated that an opportunity may be granted to the petitioner herein to appear before the authority concerned

3. This Court does not find any merits in the above submission, the duty or the role of the complainant comes to an end as soon as the complaint filed by him is taken cognizance and necessary action initiated against the dealer by the authority. Once the authorities have initiated the action, the role of the complainant ends.
