JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-06-2017 There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, who is aggrieved by an order, dated 05.10.2010, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharsa, granting monthly maintenance allowance, under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, in favour of the petitioner's wife, who has been impleaded as Opposite Party No. 2.
It seems that due to lapse of time and in the changed circumstances, the petitioner is not intending to pursue this matter.
This application is accordingly dismissed.
