Petitioner is permitted to correct the name of Police Station "Bhawanpur" as "Bhagwanpur" during the course of the day.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017 instituted for the offences punishable under sections 414 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)A 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that on his confession one L.C.D (Samsung) along with one set up box and one country made pistol were recovered from the husk of Rahul Kumar Choudhary.
It has been submitted that the petitioner has no
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33033 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 criminal antecedent. Similarly placed co-accused Rahul Kumar Choudhary has been granted bail in Criminal Misc. No. 22635 of 2017 vide order dated 17.5.2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let petitioner Anupam Kumar Choudhary be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017.
