2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A, 406, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 20 of 2011.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners, who are the mother-inlaw, father-in-law and uncle-in-law of the informant, have been granted provisional anticipatory bail by order dated 22.04.2015 after noticing that the husband of the informant was already on provisional anticipatory bail pending appearance of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners invites attention to the order dated 10.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26862 of 2014 in which the husband of the informant Md. Amjad has been granted anticipatory bail.
5. Be that as it may, having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 22.04.2015 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 20 of 2011 is hereby confirmed.
