Petitioner is in custody since 29.5.2019 in a case registered for the offence under sections 341, 323,324,307,504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is alleged to have fired his pistol on the informant causing fire arms injury on his chest on 2.9.2018. The informant, however, in course of the treatment died in the Patna Medical College and Hospital on 2.9.2018.

Petitioner appears to be the assailant of the deceased, as such, his prayer for bail is rejected.
